BOOK NAMIBIA YOUR WAY. KEEP ONE LOCAL BACKUP.

The Namibia Backup Pass gives independent travellers a practical local assistance point across the moments that can make a Namibia journey harder to manage from a distance. You do not need to join a tour to use it.

BOOK NAMIBIA YOUR WAY. KEEP ONE LOCAL BACKUP. Super Assist complements rather than replaces rental companies, lodges and tour operators.

Yes. Share your location, booking context and what changed. Super Assist can help identify the next practical local contact or question to ask, subject to provider response and availability.

What happens if my accommodation cancels?

Super Assist can help organise the local question and coordinate the next contact, but replacement accommodation availability, pricing and payment remain with the relevant supplier.

What if my Namibia accommodation booking fails while self-driving?
