Give selected clients a practical local assistance layer after they arrive in Namibia, without changing who owns the itinerary or replacing the providers they booked.
Namibia Tourism Super Assist is an independent complement to the travel-agent or tour-operator relationship. Your team and the original suppliers retain responsibility for bookings, pricing, amendments and service delivery.
Namibia Backup Pass
The primary client product: one local backup point for practical questions, provider coordination, route changes, transfers and accommodation disruption after arrival.
Independent Traveller Concierge
A secondary option for clients with multi-stop itineraries, several suppliers, complex dates or a need for more structured pre-arrival and priority support.
Travel Rescue
A pay-per-incident route for one defined disruption, booking problem, transfer change or route issue during a Namibia trip.
For UK travel agents and tour operators
Give clients travelling from the UK a clear local support option for the days after arrival. The Backup Pass can sit alongside your confirmed itinerary while Super Assist helps with practical questions, provider coordination and changes on the ground.
For Netherlands travel agents and tour operators
Offer Dutch and Netherlands-based clients an independent Namibia assistance layer without changing your own sales, itinerary or supplier relationships. Use Concierge for multi-stop journeys and Travel Rescue for a defined incident.
This is an independent travel-trade support offer and does not imply affiliation with the Namibia Tourism Board, any NTB roadshow or any government tourism campaign.
Fulfilment Network
Namibia-based accommodation providers, car-hire companies, guides, transfer services, activity operators and tour businesses can be part of the local fulfilment network. This supports the client journey; it does not make Super Assist the operator of your service or guarantee a booking.
