Quick answer
High Octane Festival is listed at Tony Rust Race Track for Friday 23 October from 16:00, tickets from N$70, and Saturday 24 October from 12:00, tickets from N$80. This is an event lead, not a flight or accommodation package; confirm travel and ticket availability separately.
For Johannesburg travellers looking at a Windhoek weekend, High Octane Festival offers a specific, date-bound reason to consider the capital: spinning and drag on Friday, followed by gymkhana and drifting on Saturday at Tony Rust Race Track.
Friday’s listing starts at 16:00 with tickets from N$70. Saturday’s session starts at 12:00 with tickets from N$80. Both details are listed by Webtickets; availability and final ticket terms can change.
No flight, transfer, accommodation or ticket bundle is being advertised here. Check current travel options and entry requirements with the relevant providers before making plans.

What this means for your trip
Treat the festival as one possible reason for a Windhoek weekend, not a bundled Johannesburg-to-Windhoek offer. Check current flight schedules, entry requirements, accommodation and local transport independently before booking.
Traveller impact: Ticket availability, transport, entry requirements and accommodation are separate decisions; check each with its provider.
